1. All deposits are non-refundable due to the high volume of bookings and limited availability of calendar slots.
2. When opting for full payment, the refundable amount against cancellation will be 50% of the total amount.
3. Training course fees after training is complete are non-refundable, as the time and expertise provided cannot be returned.
4. We are fully committed to working towards the goals set for each individual dog. However, results can vary. Training success depends on both the dog and the handler, and we cannot offer guarantees or make promises.
5. Every dog is unique, and outcomes will differ based on the dog’s personality, the consistency of training at home, and individual circumstances. Your ongoing effort is essential to achieving lasting results.
6. Please note that if your dog is not up to date with vaccinations, we cannot accept any liability should they become unwell as a result, including illnesses such as kennel cough.
7. Please note that if your pet is not insured, we will not be held liable for any veterinary fees should treatment be required during their stay with us. All costs will be the responsibility of the owner.
